Ryan Ford

Rev. W. Ryan Ford is an alum of LA Tech and ACF (formerly “The Wesley”). After completing his studies at Duke Divinity School, Ryan came back to his roots and is serving the students of ACF as Director. Ryan is a prophet, with a passion for The Word of God, bow hunting, trout fishing, and wood working. He and his wife, Holly, have two children, Elias and Margot.
Philip Matherne

Originally from French Settlement LA, Philip Matherne graduated from Louisiana Tech with a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Biology. An alumnus of ACF (formerly “The Wesley”), he served as a Missionary Intern from 2020-2022. He finds great joy in preparing and sharing the spiritual and physical meals that give God's people life, sumo wrestling, contemplation, and discovering the Holy Spirit in the stories of the lives of the people he meets.
Camellia Bailey
Administrative assistant
Camellia Bailey is a LA Tech and ACF (formerly “The Wesley”) alum from Shreveport, LA. She earned her BFA in Studio Art, after which she served two years as a Missionary Intern and a year as Associate Director for our ministry. In addition to her role as Administrative Assistant, she is also a professional artist and co-owner of Sister Shop- an original art business she founded with her sister Chlese Henderson. Her favorite things to do include spending time with her husband Akin, hanging out with friends, making art, thrift shopping, and gardening. She is passionate about sharing the goodness of scripture and the love of God with others.
Austin Shanley
Missionary intern
Austin Shanley is an LA Tech and ACF (formerly “The Wesley”) alum from Bentonville, AR. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. He enjoys playing and writing music, mountain biking, playing table tennis, and watching sports. He has a deep passion for the Great Commission and a desire to see students' lives changed by the Word of God. We are grateful for his dedication to the Lord and look forward to his growth and leadership this year!
Tayt Thomas
Missionary intern
Tayt Thomas is an LA Tech and ACF (formerly “The Wesley”) alum from Shreveport, LA. He graduated from Louisiana Tech with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies. Kind, patient, and easygoing, Tayt’s presence at ACF has been a huge source of encouragement to our community. He enjoys camping, bird watching, video games, and sci-fi media. Tayt is a tremendous blessing to us, and we love him dearly! We are excited to see the way he will impact students’ lives as an intern this year.
Jamie Palmer
Missionary intern
Jamie Palmer is an LA Tech and ACF (formerly “The Wesley”) alum from Ruston, LA. She graduated from Louisiana Tech with a major in Psychology. With her servant’s heart and kind nature, Jamie has been a breath of fresh air ever since becoming a part of our community. She is an extremely talented pianist and enjoys writing, drawing, and spending time in nature. We’re very blessed to know her and look forward to the fruit that come from her time as an intern!
Caleb Adcox

Caleb Adcox is an LA Tech and ACF (formerly “The Wesley”) alum from Bedford, TX. He graduated from Louisiana Tech with a major in Business. A joy to be around and filled with the Holy Spirit, Caleb is always ready with a dad joke, a smile, or a word of consolation. We are so blessed to have him on our team and are excited to see the way God will move through him during his time as an intern and beyond!
