Ryan Ford

Rev. W. Ryan Ford is an alum of LA Tech and ACF. After completing his studies at Duke Divinity School, Ryan came back to his roots and is serving the students of ACF as Director. Ryan is a prophet, with a passion for The Word of God, bow hunting, trout fishing, and wood working. He and his wife, Holly, have two children, Elias and Margot.
Camellia Bailey
Administrative assistant
Camellia Bailey is a LA Tech and ACF alum from Shreveport, LA. She earned her BFA in Studio Art, after which she served two years as a Missionary Intern and a year as Associate Director for our ministry. In addition to her role as Administrative Assistant, she is also a professional artist and co-owner of Sister Shop- an original art business she founded with her sister Chlese Henderson. Her favorite things to do include spending time with her husband Akin, hanging out with friends, making art, thrift shopping, and gardening. She is passionate about sharing the goodness of scripture and the love of God with others.
Austin Shanley
Missionary intern
Austin Shanley is an LA Tech and ACF alum from Bentonville, AR. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. He enjoys playing and writing music, mountain biking, playing table tennis, and watching sports. He has a deep passion for the Great Commission and a desire to see students' lives changed by the Word of God. We are grateful for his dedication to the Lord and look forward to his growth and leadership this year!
Caleb Adcox
Missionary intern
Caleb Adcox is an LA Tech and ACF alum from Bedford, TX. He graduated from Louisiana Tech with a major in Business. A joy to be around and filled with the Holy Spirit, Caleb is always ready with a dad joke, a smile, or a word of consolation. We are so blessed to have him on our team and are excited to see the way God will move through him during his time as an intern and beyond!
Adam Guillory
Missionary intern
Adam Guillory is an LA Tech and ACF alum from Rosedale, LA. He graduated from Louisiana Tech with a major in Mechanical Engineering. Adam has blessed our community with his presence and joy since he showed up on our doorstep the fall of his freshman year. His wisdom, excitement, and tenacious desire to serve are priceless gifts to our ministry. Adam is passionate about reading old books, bowling, puns, and his friends. We are excited to see what God will do through and with him this year!
CJ Robbins

CJ Robbins is an LA Tech and ACF alum from Monroe, LA. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. He enjoys camping, guitar, and various nerdy things such as D&D. CJ’s deep commitment to his faith, kind nature, and passion for the Word of God are just a few of the ways he has blessed this ministry. Missions hold a special place in his heart, and he is excited about the next year as a missionary to Tech’s campus. We look forward to the ways God will continue to move in his life!
